Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Yashodhan app and this website, both run by Yashodhan Co-operative Credit Society Limited. Your membership, accounts, loans and policies are governed by the Society's bye-laws and by the terms you agree to when you open them; these terms do not change those.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.

Members and people applying for membership, aged 18 or over, and the Society's staff with the sign-in the Society gives them.

Your mobile number is your identity in the app. Keep your phone, your sign-in codes and your password to yourself. The Society's staff will never ask you for a sign-in code or password.

If your phone is lost or you think someone else has signed in as you, write to info@yashodhansociety.com, call 97667 69939 or 97667 69959 (10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday), or visit the registered office at 147/146 Jay Vijay Nagari Phase II, Yashvant Gavar, Near Shiva Temple, Nallasopara West, Palghar, and we will end your sessions.

Balances, transactions and statements in the app come from the Society's books. If anything looks different from your passbook or receipts, tell the branch: the branch's books are the record, and we will correct any mistake.

The Society is a co-operative credit society, not a bank.

Loans: the Society does not lend its own funds. We take your application and place it with a lending partner, who decides on it, sets its interest rate and signs the loan agreement with you.

Insurance: we collect your requirement and get quotes from insurer partners. No policy is bought or issued in the app or on this website.

Do not try to see anyone else's data, interfere with the app or our systems, or use them for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that is being misused.

We work to keep the app and website available, but they may be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance. Your accounts can always be operated at the branch.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes between a member and the Society are dealt with under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 where it applies.
