Delete your Yashodhan app account

How to ask

1. On this website. Sign in with your mobile number, open Your profile, and use “Delete your app account” at the bottom of the page.

2. In the app. Open Profile and tap Delete my account.
3. At a branch, by email or by phone. Visit any branch with photo ID, write to info@yashodhansociety.com from the email address on your account, or call 97667 69939 (10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday). We confirm it is you before we act.

What happens

We complete every request within 30 days. You can withdraw it until then from the same place you made it.

• Always deleted: your sign-in to the app and this website on every device, your password, and the notification tokens of your phones.
• If you have no accounts, shares, loans or insurance with the Society, also erased: your name, mobile number, email, date of birth, address, PAN and Aadhaar details, bank details, the KYC documents you uploaded, and the messages we sent you.
• If you do have them, kept: the records co-operative, tax and anti-money-laundering law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires. Your accounts and membership stay open until you close them at the branch, and you can still be served there.
